Aaron Webber‘s goal is to build a Worldwide, World-Class Direct Selling business that is a leading light to an industry and go on to lead the same. As the 001, base-of-the-tree distributor for Unicity he is well on his way to doing so.
Aaron has an over 30 year, wide and deep experience in the Direct Selling industry. He has served on the Board of Directors of the US DSA, and has chaired the International Council of the same. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA). He is also involved at the Board Level of other enterprises and venture-capital funds as well as well as philanthropic and community activities.
Aaron has, as both a field leader and corporate representative, personally directed the market-entry to over two-dozen markets, and has industry-leading expertise in that field.
Some years ago Aaron left the corporate world in order create and lead his Unicity Distributorship. He now leads the largest and fastest growing organization in Unicity and one of the same in the industry.
Aaron holds a BS degree from the BYU Marriott School of Management with a major in Finance and Economics and also a Masters degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in Finance and Behavioral Economics.
He is marred to his wonderful wife, Karrie and they, together, have six children. He is originally form Auckland New Zealand, but currently resides in Orem, USA
Rick Jordan grew up in Southern California. He enjoys any sport having to do with the ocean. He surfs, has been SCUBA diving and deep sea fishing around the world. He loves the mountains too. He enjoys snow skiing, snowshoeing and mountain climbing. He has climbed some of the highest peaks in the world. He is also an accomplished runner having qualified and run the Boston Marathon many times since 1996.
After graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree he received an advance degree in Risk & Insurance from the College of Insurance in New York. In 1983 he bought the insurance agency from his father and grew the agency receiving many awards for growth from the insurance companies the agency represents.
His other business interests include a hand car wash, self-storage business and partnerships in several fast food restaurants.
He became involved in Unicity in the early 90’s. He has built his organization mainly on a part-time basis. He is one of the highest paid franchise owners and has a worldwide organization. He is an accomplished speaker, trainer and has been recognized for his successful leadership. He has helped many people to earn millions of dollars.
Rick has been active in Rotary International since 1979. He is active in Boy Scouts of America and has served on the boards of the Independent Insurance Agents, Long Beach Camp Fire and Maui El Dorado Resort.
He and his wife Lori live in Sundance, Utah are the parents of eight children, five boys and three girls and thirteen grandchildren.
Todd Smith is a family man and entrepreneur. He has been married to Joy, his high-school sweetheart, for 28 years. They have been blessed with four remarkable children whom Joy has homeschooled. Today Todd’s family continues to grow and he is the proud grandfather of four grandsons.
As a dynamic entrepreneur for 33 years, Todd has enjoyed extraordinary personal and professional success. His journey of success began at an early age.
After being laid off two jobs within six months of graduating high school, he then decided to take control of his life and become an entrepreneur. Todd’s first adventure came at the age of 18 years when he and his brother launched a silk-screening business from a garage. After four years, it became the second largest company of its kind in the greater Chicago area.
At the age of 23, Todd began a career as a residential real estate agent. He became a student of personal development and within 4 ½ years was one of the nation’s top-selling Realtors selling over 115 homes a year.
For the past 23 years he has owned his own sales and marketing business with Unicity. His business has generated more than one billion dollars in sales and has paid him more than 25 million dollars in commissions.
Because Todd’s greatest passion is in helping people enjoy greater personal and professional success, he wrote, Little Things Matter, published in 2010 by Success Books. It teaches the little things that separate those who enjoy great personal and professional success from those who don’t.
Todd’s financial success has provided him with choices, and he has made a commitment to spend the balance of his life enjoying the fruits of his labor and helping others—not only through his teachings, but also through charitable work.

Jeff and Suzanne Heninger
Jeff and Suzanne Heninger started their career’s with Unicity as Franchise Partners 20 years ago. In 2005, after Stewart Hughes purchased the company, he asked them to join his corporate team. The Heninger’s took on the responsibility of overseeing sales for both the U.S and Canada and were instrumental in launching the Transformation Program.
Knowing the potential for growth and seeing the bright future ahead, Suzanne and Jeff left the corporate side of Unicity and again became Franchise Partners at the end of 2012. Since then, they have reached the rank of Presidential Sapphire, and have one of the fasted growing teams in the U.S and India.
Family has always been the focus of the Heninger’s. And since they have two sets of twins, their family has grown fast. Suzanne recalls the benefits of Unicity. “Having the blessing of working from home with Unicity has allowed us to be with our kids in a way most people cannot experience. It has allowed us to see many parts of the world, and meet our global Unicity family.”
Suzanne grew up in retail sales, spending her retail career with Nordstrom as a manager and buyer. Jeff also spent many years in retail, and after earning his bachelors from Brigham Young University in broadcast productions, spent some time in the film business. Unicity has been by far their best investment of both time and energy.
Today Suzanne and Jeff have a rich life. Unicity and the Transformation Program have allowed them to be active and very fit. They and their daughters compete in several triathlons each year. The time freedom from their Unicity business allows for lots of quality time with their family and 3 grandkids.
Jan Bloom has a background in healthcare, making her partnership with Unicity a perfect match with her passion for helping others improve their health.
She pours her heart into her business and the people on her team. Jan was one of Unicity’s first leaders to achieve the rank of Double Diamond and continues to aggressively develop her business around the world.
She is admired, respected and one of the most sought after speakers and trainers. Jan loves what she does and is committed to Unicity’s slogan – Make Life Better – not just for those on her team, but for everyone she meets in her everyday life.
She has been married 32 years to her husband Steve, a retired medical doctor, and together are the proud parents of two amazing daughters.
